EMEA Recruitment is working with an international client in its search for an OTC & Distribution Specialist – 6 month FTC to join their team in the Amsterdam area.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Customer Order and Distribution processes with their Logistics Service Provider for Customer Service, Distribution and Warehousing activity.
The OTC & Distribution Specialist – 6 month FTC will be the central point of contact between their Logistics Service Provider and the various stakeholders in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Order to Cash and Distribution operation
Develop a strong understanding of Customer needs through building internal relationships
Set-up of processes and procedures surrounding new products and new or changing Distribution models
Ensure compliance and adherence to Order to Cash and Customer Distribution processes
Responsible for inventory reconciliation activity and inventory status reporting
Responsible for Order to Cash and Distribution reporting
Experience required:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in regional supply chain operations, warehousing, inventory management and Customers Distribution through a Logistics Service Provider
Experience with ERP systems
Effective communication and social skills
Fluent English
