EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established manufacturer to recruit a Financial Controller. This role will oversee all financial activity for their established manufacturing plant. 

Ideal for a proactive, self-driven finance professional with strong technical skills and social abilities, this position offers the chance to work on transformation initiatives. 
 
Hybrid working is available for this position.
 
The main duties of the Financial Controller are: 
  • Support all onsite finance activity such as accruals, closing and reporting activities
  • Monitor the balance sheet
  • Acting Finance Business Partner and direct contact for budget holders
  • Supervise all AP, AR and GL Accounting
  • Take responsibility for all product costing, variance analysis, manufacturing performance, inventory

The skills required for the Financial Controller are: 
  •  Master's/Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
  • 4+ years of experience in the Big 4, ideally with experience as a Financial Controller (not essential)
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Experience with SAP and or S4 Hana is ideal
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
