Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with an international business who are on an exciting growth journey and looking to recruit a Global Reward Manager.

They currently have c.9,000 employees across multi-countries which is set to increase significantly.

As the Global Reward Manager, you will work closely with the Global Reward Director to help develop the strategy and ensure it is executed effectively.

The business is agile and non-bureaucratic, offering a great opportunity to bring new ideas and truly make an impact.

They offer a hybrid working arrangement and would also look at individuals in other regions in the Netherlands, who would be happy to travel to the Veghel office for key meetings, or even those located in other nearby European countries who are flexible to travel when required.

The main duties of the Global Reward Manager:

  • Responsible for the global reward framework and its implementation in the countries
  • Establish global reward principles such as fairness, transparency, competitiveness and recognition
  • Transformation of processes to ensure consistency and a truly global scope
  • Design and implement global job framework
  • Lead projects on executive reward, STI and LTI

The skills required for the Global Reward Manager:

  • Significant experience in total reward in an international setting
  • Knowledge of global grading and benchmarking
  • Good understanding of STI and LTI process
  • Able to balance strategy and operational work
  • Creative, flexible and innovative mindset
  • MS Office and broader HRIS knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management expertise
  • Good project management skills
  • Fluent in English – additional languages an advantage
