Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a large global manufacturing business seeking an interim SuccessFactors Project Lead to work on its SuccessFactors implementation.

The rollout will span 13 regions globally, each at different levels of maturity, so the ability to guide the businesses through the change curve and join them on their digitalisation journey is essential.

You’ll collaborate with the IT Project Lead and SAP Implementation Partner to ensure the project plan is in place and successfully executed.

The successful candidate will be available to start at short notice, and the project will run for 9-10 months. The position is remote, and you can be based in The Netherlands, UK, Germany or Denmark.

Responsibilities of SuccessFactors Project Lead:
  • Manage the project plan for the SuccessFactors implementation for the following modules: Employee Central, Talent, Compensation
  • Guide leaders through the change process, transitioning from one system to another
  • Ensure effective training is rollout on the usability of the system
  • Promote the value of the system to business leaders to gain their buy-in
  • Drive user adoption and behaviour change

Experience required:
  • Track record of leading SuccessFactors implementation on a large, international scale
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Able to drive lasting change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
