Job Description

Our client, an established international leader in the production industry, is currently seeking a Group Consolidation and Reporting Lead.

The company operates responsible business practices to provide efficient and reliable solutions to its global network.


As part of the current business transformation, we are currently recruiting a Group Consolidation and Reporting Lead to join its Group Finance function.

You'll work in an international team of driven and high-performing professionals.

The ideal candidate will have five-plus years’ experience in a similar position, strong IFRS experience, and a hands-on approach to their work.

Your responsibilities will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the consolidation process and preparing statutory annual reports based on IFRS
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting on hedging activities for the group
  • Analysing the balance sheet and profit and loss movements regarding hedge positions
  • Keeping up to date with IFRS reporting and ESG disclosure developments
  • Stakeholder management working with local Finance Managers and Corporate Accounting, acting as a key contact for external auditors
  • Driving process improvement initiatives to ensure best practice
  • Supporting ad-hoc activities, reporting and projects within the Finance function
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Registered/Chartered Accountant
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and experience working with Dutch GAAP
  • Fluent in English
  • A keen eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility
