Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business as they look to recruit a Global HR Business Partner for their HR function, based at its global HQ in the Noord Brabant region.

The business continues to go through a period of transformation in HR, and as \'HR for HR\' the Global HR Business Partner will be a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the Chief HR Officer to help guide the function through this change from a people perspective.

Responsibilities of Global HR Business Partner - HR:
  • Develop the People Plan and set the people priorities to support the requirements of the HR and business agenda
  • Enable the People Plan delivery in collaboration with people services teams across the globe
  • Own the talent agenda and ensure current and future talent needs are met
  • Provide insight and support to the HR leadership team including developing organisational design, culture, leadership, talent, capability development and change
  • Act as a sparring partner to CHRO on people topics
  • Coach the HR leadership team to further grow their leadership skills and potential

Experience/skills required:

  • Significant experience in a Senior HRBP role gained in an international setting
  • Experience partnering with a corporate function such as HR, Finance, Legal
  • Able to translate business needs into tangible people plans 
  • Credible business partner able to operate as part of a senior leadership team 
  • Acts as a talent champion and has experience in driving and deploying successful talent development initiatives
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills 
  • Able to balance business and HR priorities 
  • Resilient and tenacious with a ‘can do’ mindset
