Junior HRBP - Exclusive


Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing, international retail organisation as they look to recruit a HR Business Partner dedicated to the retail stores in the Netherlands and the Corporate HQ.

The business has exciting expansion plans, and you’ll join a growing HR team reporting to the HR Manager for the region.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the general manager for the area, supporting the full employee life cycle from recruitment and new store openings to employee development through to offboarding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute recruitment strategies to bring talent into stores
  • Provide investigation and consultation support for employee relation issues
  • Collaborate with store managers on succession planning conversations
  • Assists leaders with development plans for key talent
  • Provide HR reports and analysis linked to key HR metrics

Experience required:

  • Proven success in a generalist HR role
  • Understanding of Dutch labour law
  • Strong collaborator and great relationship builder
  • Thrives in a scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English
