EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international business as they look to recruit a HR Business Partner based at their headquarters in Zwaagdijk.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the management team and a key decision-maker. You will be involved in the various department plans, recruitment and selection, performance management, and talent management and development.
In this role, you will continuously switch between strategic and tactical levels, ensuring the annual HR cycle is effectively implemented.

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
You will be part of the management team, working closely with the leaders to understand the business goals and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Support several IHQ departments
Create & monitor reports, analyse HR data, monitor employee changes and advise managers on all core HR processes and policies
Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes, projects including employment legislation
Manage full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, development, coaching and feedback sessions
Implement an effective talent programme to develop and retain employees and encourage skills transfer, as well as coaching and developing leadership teams
Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed
Experience required:
Proven experience in a similar position within a centralised organisation
Excellent knowledge of Dutch labour law
You have a great sense of responsibility and offer both solicited and unsolicited advice
Strong communicator, curious, resolute and a real team player
You work in a structured and organised way
Fluent in Dutch and English (both verbal and written) is essential
