Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for a Share Plan Team Manager on behalf of our client, a dynamic organisation operating in the technology, media & telecom (TMT) sector.

Active in 30+ countries, this listed company has a rare opening for a Share Plan Team Manager to join their professional team in Hilversum.

Working with senior stakeholders across the business, the Share Plan Team Manager joining this organisation will thrive in a fast-growing and evolving environment.

You will have hands-on experience acting as a team player to
motivate and develop the existing team, coupled with equity plan knowledge and project management experience to continue to add value and professionalise this key in-house function.  


Responsibilities of the Share Plan Team Manager:
  • Responsible for the periodic vesting events and ad-hoc exercise events
  • Helping to answer questions regarding the stock options from internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in setting up new stock option plans
  • Reconciling intercompany balances arising from vesting events, exercise events or any other events relating to stock options as well as share incentive plans administration with the administration of the Equity Benefit Trust (EBT)
  • Management reporting
  • Driving process improvement/automation initiatives to help ensure best practice
  • Leading and developing a team of 5
  • Supporting ad hoc activities and projects within the Finance function
Ideal profile:
  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience within equity, share plan, stock options administration
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent, in Finance or Tax
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • A keen eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have a humble and hands-on approach to your work and be a team player
  • High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility, especially when working with confidential and sensitive information
