On behalf of our international client in the technology sector, EMEA Recruitment is hiring a Senior HR Advisor to join its HR team based in Hoofddorp.
This is a truly generalist HR role and will encompass tasks around recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and HR support for the 200 employees based in the Netherlands. A great opportunity if you like variety in your work!
Responsibilities for Senior HR Advisor include:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle through to onboarding
Be the first point of contact in the HR team for employee/manager HR enquiries
Ensure all transactional HR tasks are accurate and systems are updated
Handle long term sickness cases
Point of contact for payroll queries
Collating payroll data to be sent to payroll vendor, ensuring this is correct
Expat management including 30% ruling and visa queries
Experience required:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role in the Netherlands
Understanding of Dutch labor law
Dutch Payroll experience
Flexible and hands-on approach
Eye for detail and high level of accuracy
Fluent in Dutch and English
