EMEA Recruitment is working with an international FMCG client in its search for a Supply Planner to join their team in the Netherlands, near Hoofddorp.You will play a key role in the finished product planning to meet service-level targets and keep inventory of raw materials and packaging within the approved guidelines.
As the Supply Planner, you will monitor and analyse service levels and backorders. You will also maintain Bills of Materials, Routings and Planning parameters in the transactional system.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.
Responsibilities of the Supply Planner.
- Support planning for raw materials and packages based on forecast and order history
- Purchase order administration
- Coordination with the manufacturing team
- Monthly S&OP Capacity planning
- Introduce stock corrections and take the necessary initiatives to improve stock accuracy
Experience required:
- Higher education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline
- 5-8yrs of experience in a similar role, demonstrating results in Operations, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management or Procurement
- Fluent English
