Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international business that is constantly evolving and is offering a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist the opportunity to make an impact and have influence within the organisation.

Reporting to the Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Culture, this role is responsible for the execution of the D&I strategy that will help create a culture that values the unique contribution of all employees.

Due to the high priority of D&I initiatives in the organisation, this is a critical role and requires someone who is great at working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist include:

• Implement the strategy to promote D&I in the organisation
• Review and develop policies to ensure they meet the needs of a diverse workforce
• Develop and coordinate awareness campaigns, training and events for all employees on D&I topics
• Analyse diversity and inclusion data and identify action points
• Create action plans based on these action points

Experience required:

• 3+ years’ experience in a D&I role
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the D&I space and related legislation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to lead change processes
• Great communicator
• Fluent in English
