Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working within an international business going through an exciting period of growth. The company has created a new Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Lead role to help drive a great culture across the organisation.

Based at the international headquarters in Zwaagdijk, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a highly dynamic business.

The business has a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from the office for three days and remotely for two days each week.

Responsibilities of Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Lead:
  • Implement the strategy to promote D&I in the organisation
  • Review and develop D&I policies to ensure they meet the needs of a diverse workforce
  • Develop and coordinate awareness campaigns, training and events for all employees on D&I topics
  • Implement wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
  • Lead the execution of the employee engagement survey 
  • Support with the development of action plans based on engagement results
  • Manage talent growth tracks across the business including programmes for trainees and management level

Experience/skills required:
  • Strong experience in a D&I role
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the D&I space and related legislation
  • Able to drive a great culture through wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Great communicator
  • Delivers at high pace
  • Thrives in a highly dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
