Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is working within an international business going through an exciting period of growth. The company has created a new Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Lead role to help drive a great culture across the organisation.Based at the international headquarters in Zwaagdijk, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a highly dynamic business.
The business has a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from the office for three days and remotely for two days each week.
Responsibilities of Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Lead:
- Implement the strategy to promote D&I in the organisation
- Review and develop D&I policies to ensure they meet the needs of a diverse workforce
- Develop and coordinate awareness campaigns, training and events for all employees on D&I topics
- Implement wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
- Lead the execution of the employee engagement survey
- Support with the development of action plans based on engagement results
- Manage talent growth tracks across the business including programmes for trainees and management level
Experience/skills required:
- Strong experience in a D&I role
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the D&I space and related legislation
- Able to drive a great culture through wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Great communicator
- Delivers at high pace
- Thrives in a highly dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
