Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a sustainable non-production services organisation that offers a range of service products for both businesses and employees all over the world. 

Our client works in a regulated environment in which hygiene, safety, quality and sustainability are the main business objectives to meet the high expectations of their customers.

The role is based in Lucerne, Switzerland. 

The Role: 

As the Senior Manager - Service Operations, you will be required to speak fluent German while overseeing the coordination of activities inside the operational/services plant. This will include the transport of products, quality standards, shift rotations and supervision of the services plant. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage four direct team leaders to delegate responsibilities across the entire operation while ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse is maintained
  • Supervise all staff and create shift rotations for service operations to be running 24/7
  • Ensure quality, safety and level of detail are maintained throughout the operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage logistics of the customers' products to and from the warehouse

Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Fluent German-speaking
  • Ideally worked within a services operations plant/warehouse previously
  • Hands-on warehouse manager with facilities experience while overseeing multiple staff members and planning shift rotations
  • Hygiene industry-related experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ensured quality, safety and machine maintenance were up to quality standards previously
