EMEA Recruitment is working with a technical scale-up organization experiencing exciting growth in both the Netherlands and internationally.
Due to this growth, the business is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders and managers on the business's future development and undertake strategic HR tasks and a range of HR projects.
As the business is in its scaling phase it offers a highly dynamic environment, substantial learning opportunities and the possibility to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
Proactively advise managers on a wide range of HR topics
Support managers in building high-performing teams that meet the future needs of the organization
Drive conversations around effective talent management and development
Develop EVP and becoming an employer of choice
Effectively handle complex employee relation issues where relevant
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes as the business grows
Experience required
Proven HR Business Partnering experience, ideally from a start-up/scale-up business in a technical environment
Results-driven and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Thrives in a dynamic, changing environment
Good knowledge of Dutch labor and employment law
Strong and effective English communication skills
