EMEA Recruitment is working a scale-up organisation in the innovative medical devices industry to recruit a HR Generalist for its growing HR team.
The business has recently received a significant amount of additional funding and is experiencing an exciting period of expansion.
As the HR Generalist, you will join a HR team in an informal and open-minded environment, where team spirit is highly valued. As the business is a scale-up, you will provide input into the continuous development of HR processes.
Responsibilities of HR Generalist:
Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Managing the full onboarding process, including support for Expat employees
Dealing with all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle
Ensuring HR systems are kept up to date and accurate
Working with ING for 30% ruling and work permits
Assisting in monthly payroll processing
Developing HR policies and working on HR projects
Experience required:
Experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally gained in an international business
Completed MBO+ or HBO studies in Human Resources or a related field
Experience with Dutch legislation regarding expat matters (30% ruling, knowledge migrant scheme, work permits, etc.)
Fluent in Dutch and English
