EMEA Recruitment is working a scale-up organisation in the innovative medical devices industry to recruit a HR Operations Lead for its growing HR team.
The business has recently received a significant amount of additional funding and is experiencing an exciting period of expansion.
As the HR Operations Lead, you will join a HR team in an informal and open-minded environment, where team spirit is highly valued. As the business is a scale-up, you will provide input into the continuous development of HR processes.
Responsibilities of HR Operations Lead:
Develop and implement efficient operational HR processes that ensure a high level of accuracy
Deal with all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle
Ensure HR systems are kept up to date and that HR data is used effectively
Work with ING for 30% ruling and work permits
Assist in monthly payroll processing
Develop HR policies and work on HR projects
Experience required:
Significant experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on developing HR Operational processes
Completed MBO+ or HBO studies in Human Resources or a related field
Experience with Dutch legislation regarding expat matters (30% ruling, knowledge migrant scheme, work permits, etc.)
Fluent in English, able to speak with external parties in Dutch
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
