HR Operations Lead

EMEA Recruitment is working a scale-up organisation in the innovative medical devices industry to recruit a HR Operations Lead for its growing HR team.The business has recently received a significant amount of additional funding and is experiencing an exciting period of expansion.
As the HR Operations Lead, you will join a HR team in an informal and open-minded environment, where team spirit is highly valued. As the business is a scale-up, you will provide input into the continuous development of HR processes.
Responsibilities of HR Operations Lead:
- Develop and implement efficient operational HR processes that ensure a high level of accuracy
- Deal with all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure HR systems are kept up to date and that HR data is used effectively
- Work with ING for 30% ruling and work permits
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Develop HR policies and work on HR projects
Experience required:
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on developing HR Operational processes
- Completed MBO+ or HBO studies in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with Dutch legislation regarding expat matters (30% ruling, knowledge migrant scheme, work permits, etc.)
- Fluent in English, able to speak with external parties in Dutch
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
