Our client, a well-established FMCG business in the Dordrecht area, is seeking an Operations Controller.Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for an analytical finance professional to gain vertical growth into the role of a controller.
This position will suit someone proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
The main duties of the Operations Controller are:
- Establish and manage a comprehensive cost control system
- Monitor and process monthly closing and financial reporting
- Define budget and forecasting processes for all production activities
- Involved in process improvement projects
- Business partner with the Operations Director, Finance Director, production team and the board
The skills required for the Operations controller are:
- 3-5 years in a finance analyst role with established stakeholder management skills
- Experience with costing/cost control in an FMCG/ manufacturing business is a must
- Fluent in English and ideally fluent in Dutch
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
