EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a well-established FMCG business in its search for an Operation Finance Controller to be the voice of finance for its new manufacturing site in Rotterdam.Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step up to a strategic group level.
This position will suit someone proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
Hybrid working is available for this position.
The main duties of the Operation Finance Controller are:
- Draw and manage the budget and product costing
- Be the acting business partner for the Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
- Control cash flow and manufacturing costs
- Conduct monthly reporting
- Assist in M&A activity
The skills required for the Operation Finance Controller:
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
- 5 years of experience in Operations Controlling in an FMCG or manufacturing business
- Excel proficient
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong stakeholder management
