VP of European Sales


Job Description

We are currently working with a dynamic and innovative FMCG company with a global presence, committed to delivering exceptional products and memorable experiences.

As they continue to expand our footprint in the European market, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic leader to join their team as the Vice President of Sales for Europe.

The Vice President of Sales - Europe will be a key executive responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the European region.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the European sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple European markets
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing accountability, performance excellence, and continuous development
Market Expansion:
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing and new markets across Europe
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
Sales Performance:
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure the achievement of revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to drive informed decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in each European market

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry, with a strong network and understanding of the European market
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth

  • Ability to travel within Europe as required
