Our client, a globally recognised company in the consumer goods industry, is currently seeking a Global Procurement Sustainability Manager.
As part of its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, the business is looking to appoint a Global Procurement Sustainability Manager.
As the Global Procurement Sustainability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and driving sustainability initiatives forward.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy
Take responsibility for eco-fees spend
Identify opportunities to create value through sustainable procurement practices
Manage strategic supplier engagement on sustainability
Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with sustainability regulations
Ensuring achievement of the sustainability goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Business)
Proven experience in Procurement and Sustainability Management
Understanding of sustainability regulations and best practices
Excellent negotiation skills
Effective communication and social skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
