The successful candidate will guide the financial planning and control cycle of their business area, offer expert insights into financial performance, and support sound business decisions. As part of the management team, you will align decisions with the overarching strategy and finance policies to exceed financial targets.

Key responsibilities of the Business Controller:

  • Provide support and guidance to the management team by analyzing financial performance and offering insights for sound business decisions
  • Drive the financial planning and control cycle for the business area, ensuring alignment with strategy and financial policies
  • Collaborate across organizational boundaries to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Participate in the management team, aligning decisions with overall strategy and finance policies to drive the company's goals

Your profile:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting or similar
  • Previous experience in business control or financial control
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Flexible and service-minded with a keen interest in understanding the business and external factors affecting performance.
