Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturer of power technologies and energy systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to join their production site in Västerås.

The Manufacturing Controller will act as a finance business partner to the production and R&D leaders and will play a crucial role in improving processes, internal controls, and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance financial processes to guarantee the integrity of financial data.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Business Managers
  • Offering valuable insights throughout the entire value chain
  • Generate monthly reports, forecasts, and management presentations to support decision making.  
  • Leading a small team.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field .
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in Business Controlling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in controlling within a factory/product business is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in English
