Export Manager

Job Description

We are currently searching for an Export Manager in collaboration with our client, a global manufacturing business with a worldwide delivery network.

As an Export Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across international borders.

You will have proven experience in the freight forwarding, import/export industry, and expertise in the areas of taxes, export controls and rules of origin. 

You will also have Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge with a customer-centric focus.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and German and have excellent communication skills.

The duties for the Export Manager include:

• Coordinating and managing export shipments globally 
• Preparing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
• Ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate timely deliveries
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
