Job Description

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimising supply chains and ensuring seamless demand and supply alignment? We're recruiting for a Director of Sales & Operations Planning to drive the S&OP process, optimise resource allocation, and elevate operational efficiency.

Director of S&OP responsibilities:

  • S&OP leadership: Manage the S&OP process, collaborating with cross-functional team
  • Supply and inventory management: Optimise supply planning, monitor inventory levels, and forecast demand accurately
  • Performance and risk analysis: Regularly review S&OP performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Data and analytics: Utilise data for informed decision making, track KPIs for team efficiency, and manage the budget
  • Process improvement: Continuously refine the S&OP process, implementing best practices
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Technology integration: Ensure effective integration of S&OP software and technology tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field - master's degree or certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, and S&OP
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with S&OP software and technology tools, and adaptability to changing market conditions
