HR Services Specialist

c.90,000 CHF DOE + bonus

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturer, which is an expert in its field, as it recruits a German and English-speaking HR Service Specialist for its site in Sennwald, in the beautiful canton of St Gallen.

You will be responsible for all the administration tasks from hire to retire, ensuring accurate people data and systems input.

Key responsibilities of the HR Service Specialist:

  • Process all tasks of the full employee lifecycle, from employment contracts, work permits, performance management and compensation cycle
  • Assist the wider HR teams with HR-related projects, e.g. creating policies
  • Point of contact for external bodies, such as authorities, payroll providers, insurance companies
  • Offering advice and support for employees and line managers in HR and legal matters
  • Assist with payroll in line with an external provider

The ideal HR Service Specialist candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience - Swiss labour law knowledge is a must
  • Very good IT knowledge and proficient in the use of MS Office applications, preferably SuccessFactors/SAP
  • Fluent English and German languages
  • Degree or certificate in HR is an advantage
