HR Business Partner

 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturer, which is an expert in its field, as it recruits a German and English-speaking HR Business Partner for its site in Sennwald.

You will be responsible for establishing great working relationships with employees and their managers, implementing policies and procedures to help the organisation meet business outcomes.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the HR delivery and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solid performance and talent management processes.

This position offers high level responsibility and engagement across the business and a chance to make a real difference.

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes, projects including employment legislation
  • Manage full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, development, coaching and feedback sessions
  • Implement an effective talent programme to develop and retain employees and encourage skills transfer, as well as coaching and developing leadership teams
  • Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed
  • Ensure tools are used effectively to help and improve performance at all levels

The ideal HR Business Partner candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • 5-7 years’ experience in HR-related roles  
  • Fluent English and German languages
  • Degree or certificate in HR is an advantage
