Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a global business within the industrial sector as it searches for an HR PMO to assist with the harmonisation of key HR processes at the company’s headquarters.

Reporting directly into the CHRO, you will play a crucial role in managing HR projects, processes, and initiatives within the organization that align to the company’s HR strategy.

Responsibilities of the HR PMO:

  • Plan, execute, and manage HR projects, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Identify areas for process improvement within HR functions, suggest innovative solutions, and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of HR initiatives across the organization

Ideal profile:

  • Experience in project management, ideally in the context of HR
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple and - at times - competing priorities
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management in high-pace, changing environment
  • Fluent in English and one other language - ideally French or German
