Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a US-based, high-growth FMCG company in its search for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

They are in the exciting process of establishing an international office in Zug as they expand into Europe and other regions.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and will have close communication with all members of the team including senior management.

You will have a range of responsibilities including assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures and setting up and maintaining accurate vendor information.

Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven candidate with excellent Excel skills to assist with the financial running of the business.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:

  • Maintain corporate credit policy and report on deviations from credit standards
  • Review and identity discrepancies based on customer provided statements
  • Review company accounts receivable listing and follow up on overdue balances
  • Coordinate internally and cross-departmentally to resolve customer billing and payment issues
  • Revenue Accounting
  • Accurate revenue recognition according to US GAAP
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Ideal profile:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus but not essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to learn new ERP software quickly
