Head of Group Finance Reporting

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is currently working with a well-regarded multi-national in the services industry, which is seeking an exceptional Head of Group Finance Reporting to join its team based in Zug.

As the Head of Group Finance Reporting, you will report directly to the Group Finance Director, and will oversee the development of the team and the deliverance of internal and external financial reports.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Group Finance Reporting:

• Oversee reporting conversion from IFRS to US GAAP
• Deliver monthly group and external accounting and reporting according to US GAAP
• Bring the internal financial control structure into compliance with US SOX
• Manage the group audit
• Develop the Accounting teams group-wide, including the global SSC
• Responsible for the appropriate accounting for group-wide projects, such as acquisitions and divestments

This Head of Group Finance Reporting position requires high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Detailed knowledge of US GAAP and ideally IFRS, with experience of working in a US listed company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English
