EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with Holcim Group to recruit a Head of Financial & ESG Communications to join its global corporate HQ in Zug.

As Head of Financial & ESG Communications, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading all financial, strategy and ESG communications, from strategic acquisition announcements and quarterly financial results to ESG achievements
  • Leading the Group reporting from Annual Integrated Report to Climate Report, from setting the narrative and establishing the design, to seeing through to publication in print and online
  • Managing internal stakeholders and agency relationships in these areas
  • Partner with IR to lead equity narrative, positioning company as leader in its sector with focus on record performance, growth and sustainability
  • Be part of communicating the Group’s transformation as a leader in sustainability in its sector, on a mission to decarbonize building
  • Champion corporate style and editorial standards, striving for best-in-class publications

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

  • Ideally degree qualified
  • Ideally 10+ years within a Corporate Communications role, with the main working language being English
  • Experience in delivering financial or mandatory ESG communications for a publicly listed business
  • Confident in working closely with C-suite stakeholders and CEO, CFO or CSO communications
