EMEA Recruitment is delighted to continue our exclusive recruitment partnership with Congo Brands in its search for an International Marketing Manager.

Congo Brands manages a number of high-profile drinks brands, most notably Prime Hydration, the fastest growing and most exciting brand in the beverage sector.

We are now recruiting for an International Marketing Manager to be based at the newly established European headquarters in Zug (with a hybrid work pattern).

Responsibilities of the International Marketing Manager:

  • Work with the International Marketing Director to develop and execute Marketing strategies
  • Manage all aspects of the international Marketing mix, including trade marketing, field activations, events, promotions, and sponsorships 
  • Develop strong relationships with key sports partners, market influencers and media
  • Undertake market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Review Marketing performance and ROI and adjust activities to obtain maximum impact

Ideal profile:

  • International Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the EMEA region
  • Current/very recent experience within FMCG, ideally within food/drinks category
  • Proven track record of successful Marketing campaigns and sales growth
  • Evidence of working with sports sponsorships, partnerships or influencers is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, culture and trends
  • A positive and proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly and develop solutions

    The role is based in London with some flexibility to work remotely.
