Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is sourcing for a Marketing Support Co-ordinator to work with a fast paced international business in Zug. This position will be office based in Zug for 4 days per week with 1 day working from home. Eligibility to work in Switzerland is essential as sponsorship is not available for this position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is developing their marketing career and wants to increase their responsibility and take ownership for a range of organisation and planning requirements.

The company is expanding it's international presence and has an ambitious product launch plan over the coming year. As Marketing Support Co-ordinator you will be helping to ensure this process goes as smoothly as possible and maximise the impact of the brand in new markets.

Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Support Co-ordinator will include:

  • Liaising with distributors to obtain key information for product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing timelines and calendars
  • Responsible for the distribution of marketing materials, trade and digital, for each market
  • Improve systems and processes to improve efficiency and communication
  • Provide progress and performance updates to assess success or identify opportunities for improvement
  • Working alongside colleagues in Zug in Supply Chain, Operations and Finance with a professional reporting line to senior marketing colleagues at the parent company in the US
The Ideal Candidate: 

This role will suit someone who has gained initial experience in marketing co-ordination (approximately 2 years) within a fast paced, consumer facing business.

Personal qualities required are confidence, a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt and use initiative to resolve challenges.
