We are currently searching for an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager, with a passion for leading teams, to join an international manufacturing organization in Zurich at an exciting time in the business’ journey.

As the Accounting and Finance Manager for Switzerland and Germany, your key responsibilities include:

• Manage the Accounting and Finance for 5 entities in Switzerland and Germany - oversee Swiss GAP FER and local GAAP closing
• Deliver reports to holding (SEM BCS) with intercompany reconciliation - manage fixed asset and CAPEX
• Ensure full compliance with Accounting policies and ICS - safeguard liquidity and handle foreign currency with Group Treasury
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and audits – assist with projects including ERP system implementation

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in global Corporate Accounting (manufacturing sector strongly preferred) and higher education in Finance and/or professional Accounting qualifications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities with a diligent work approach - excellent team player with solid communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in German and English
