Pricing Specialist

We have an opportunity to join an industry-leading company in the chemicals sector as a Pricing Specialist.

As a Pricing Specialist, your role will include:

• Strategic influence: Provide pivotal Pricing recommendations, ensuring global consistency and profitability aligned with the business objectives
• Collaborative partnership: Work closely with regional Commercial teams and various departments to understand market dynamics, negotiate prices, and manage financial strategies for the Ingredients business
• Analytical excellence: Conduct Pricing activities, develop financial models, and respond to raw material and manufacturing cost fluctuations to safeguard margins and business success
• Innovative improvement: Champion the enhancement of Pricing guidelines and processes, ensuring high data quality and the development of regional Pricing concepts

You will need:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Prior experience in B2B Pricing or Commercial Finance - F&F industry knowledge is a plus
• Cross-cultural expertise and excellent problem-solving skills
• A service and goal-oriented approach, with strong project management skills
• Fluency in English - additional languages are a bonus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
