EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established global business as it looks to recruit a permanent SAP SuccessFactors Specialist.

As the SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will be responsible for certain SuccessFactors modules, as well as managing incoming change requests.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for certain SuccessFactors modules and their further developments
  • Managing incoming change requests, creating specific documentation
  • Lead IT project workstreams for new projects
  • Manage service requests
  • Configure the solution in the test system, coordinating changes with the customer and HRIT team

We are looking for:

  • Proven background working with SuccessFactors, administering and configuring the system
  • Ideally worked on specific modules within SuccessFactors – employee central, recruiting, performance and goals
  • Experience gained working in a hybrid system landscape
  • German and English speaking – French speaking is a plus, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project Management experience

    As the HR Administration and Payroll Manager, you will report into the Head of Payroll and HR Administration and be responsible for providing timely and accurate Payroll support and managing the HR administration processes.
