EMEA Recruitment is excited to collaborate with a renowned professional services firm in its quest for a Managing Director (MD) proficient in both German and English.

This role is pivotal in developing the brand and extending its reach into diverse territories.

Situated in Switzerland, you will spearhead strategic and operational business plans, working towards propelling the business to accomplish its objectives.

As the Managing Director, fluency in German and English is essential, coupled with a deep understanding of Swiss culture.

Placing people at the core of your approach, you'll embody leadership that prioritises individuals in all aspects of your role.

Responsibilities of the Managing Director:

  • Lead the brand's development through the formulation of effective business strategies that align with the company's objectives
  • Craft a comprehensive 3-year strategic business plan, identifying pertinent strategies for the territory and key sectors
  • Cultivate synergies with other brands, steering various business lines to drive initiatives in service management and development
  • Provide clear and considerate leadership, effectively organising and guiding teams
  • Foster growth by establishing and maintaining enduring customer relationships, collaborating to understand their business needs
  • Create back-office processes to support business activities
Ideal candidate:
  • Proven background in a comparable Managing Director (MD) position within Switzerland
  • Proficient in German and English as a minimum, with a preference for proficiency in French
  • Robust planning and organisational skills to propel and generate new business
  • Innately driven to continue learning, with a curious mindset
  • Capability to travel extensively across Switzerland
