Manufacturing Process Lead

Join a global industry leader headquartered in the Greater Zurich Area with a presence spanning Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa, as a Manufacturing Process Lead.

With a mission to enhance the supply chain processes through a harmonization program, the Manufacturing Process Lead will drive the success of the transformation projects.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Process Lead:

• Rollout a lean global ERP template
• Lead the 'Manufacturing' process stream throughout the program life cycle, from vision to rollout
• Perform Fit/Gap in the roll-out countries and build/design local requirements
• Manage internal stakeholders in Supply Chain
• Provide leadership and coaching to the process stream team
• Manage relationships with external service providers

Person Specification:

•  Manufacturing and quality processes expert
•  ERP implementation and supply chain information systems experience
• Master Data, Planning, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report knowledge
• Industry process knowledge and process design
• Project management
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders 
• Proactive, motivated, and performance-oriented personality
• Background in the consumer industry, preferably food/food production
