Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for an experienced Supply Chain Resilience Manager to join our client's innovative, global team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the resilience of their Supply Chain.

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, leading efforts to identify and mitigate risks, respond to disruptions, and ensure business continuity.

Your responsibilities as the Supply Chain Resilience Manager:
  • Develop and implement supply chain resilience strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate resilience plans into supply chain design 
  • Establish early warning mechanisms & assess developing risk
  • Central point of contact during supply chain disruptions
  • Develop communication plans to inform key stakeholders
  • Conduct post-crisis analysis to identify root causes and improve crisis response plans
  • Leverage technology and Supply Chain Management tools for incident response and support resilience tools implementation
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities 
Person Specification:
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally within electronics/automotive/FMCG industry
  • Experience in leading and developing risk management approaches in a complex, global organisation
  • A proven track record in supply chain risk management with specific experience relating to business continuity and crisis management
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
