EMEA Recruitment is proud to exclusively partner with a well-established retail business in the search for a Senior Commercial Controller to strategically drive commercial growth across the business.

Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step up to a strategic level. 
 
This position will suit someone who is proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
 
Hybrid working is available for this position.
 
The main duties of the Senior Commercial Controller are: 

• Support the commercial team and CFO directly
• Develop KPI dashboards for e-commerce and retail sectors
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and optimise collaboration between these departments
• Coordinate pricing cycles and sales and market analysis

The skills required for the Senior Commercial Controller are: 

•  Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
• 5 years’ experience in commercial controlling (experience in retail or e-commerce is strong plus)
• Experience with data analysis/KPI dashboards
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
