Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Utrecht, seeks an FP&A Analyst to be an acting business partner to the wider group.Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to gain more responsibility and control in the Finance team.
This position will suit someone proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
Hybrid working is available for this position.
The main duties of the FP&A Analyst are:
- Conduct Financial Analysis and provide insightful insights to support local Benelux management on strategic decisions
- Manage the forecast and budget process
- Act as a true financial business partner, capable of effective communication and discussion with key stakeholders
- Analyse financial management reports and identify risks and opportunities from found results
The skills required for the FP&A Analyst:
- Bachelor’s in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in FP&A
- Experience in business partnering in Finance
- Fluent English (Dutch preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management
- SAP and OneStream experience is advantageous
