Job Description
Our Warsaw team is on the lookout for a Financial Controller who can kill bills like Uma. In your role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts and finances. Here’s a dive into your new MassiveMusic role:
You will supervise finances of local and foreign companies, have day-to-day contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices (in English), and school business managers with your finance knowledge. You will be in charge of making sure the finances travel safely to the right accounts, providing necessary information while keeping the systems on their best game. Overseeing and executing the accounts receivable and credit risk management process will be like a walk in the park for you. You will control and forecast cash flow and payment management, and regularly prepare financial data of subsidiaries to be consolidated for reporting and management purposes along with reviewing financial analyses, reports and forecasts (hopefully it’s going to rain). Finally, you will be cooperating with the central team, local MD and business departments as well as filing local tax in Poland.

Skills and Requirements
University-level education
Medior/senior experience in finance, controlling or auditing
Accounting is your second language
Office/G Suite/Google workplace proficiency
You excel in Excel and spreadsheets
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles
Excellent knowledge of English, German is a bonus
Familiarity with IFRS
Your analytical, planning and organisational skills are next level
Working knowledge of tax law? Not necessary but if so, tell us more (we’re all ears)
NetSuite experience as well? Ok, we’re hyperventilating
You are social and helpful not only to your colleagues but to everyone who comes our way
