Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager, you will manage a small team and oversee statutory financial reports across Europe. You will ensure accuracy, manage external audits, and lead a team while collaborating with key departments.

This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in financial reporting standards (Swiss, Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP) who thrives in fast-paced, global environments.

Your responsibilities as the Accounting Manager: 

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure timely submission
• Oversee complex accounting processes, including intercompany charges and hedge accounting
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure alignment
• Lead and support a small team of remote Accountants

Candidate profile: 

• 5–7 years of experience in financial/statutory reporting or audit
•  Swiss/Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Experience with ERP systems
