Job Description

Join our esteemed client, a leading international services provider, in their pursuit of a dynamic and insightful Group Head of FP&A.

If you're a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a passion for driving business growth, this role is tailored for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and development of financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), offering data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Oversee the FP&A function, ensuring effective management of data and dissemination of commercial results across the business
  • Provide the necessary tools and support to facilitate business expansion
  • Collaborate on internal and external reporting, including monthly business review decks with reporting managers
  • Manage a team of two, overseeing monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
  • Coordinate external reporting requirements alongside Group Accounting
  • Assist in providing information for the annual report and investor relations activities


Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and a strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at working in a matrix structure
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into the work
  • Experience with listed companies is advantageous
  • Familiarity with internal and external reporting processes
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including the ability to interpret SQL and create dashboards using tools like Power BI
  • Prior experience managing teams and dealing with investor relations is a plus
