EMEA Recruitment is searching for a dynamic Director of Product Growth to launch and scale a groundbreaking live multi-streaming platform.

This role offers the chance to drive innovation, develop strategies, and lead the growth of a product that empowers creators and transforms how audiences engage with streaming entertainment.

Your Role as the Director of Product Growth:

  • Launch & Scale: Collaborate with leadership to successfully introduce ection.tv to the market, driving adoption and revenue growth
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate sponsorships and business partnerships with high-value brands
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven marketing, sales, and business development plans to grow the platform
  • Community Engagement: Expand and engage the creator and user communities, enhancing loyalty and platform stickiness
  • Product Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to align features with user needs and market trends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and optimise monetisation strategies, including subscriptions, sponsorships, and ad revenue
  • Leverage analytics to track customer behaviour and make data-driven growth recommendations
  • Align marketing, sales, and product efforts to maintain and enhance brand identity
  • Mentor team leaders to foster a collaborative and proactive approach to growth

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven expertise in product growth, especially for startups or scale-ups
  • Experience in live-streaming, influencer marketing, or platforms like Twitch/YouTube
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for empowering creators and engaging users in innovative ways
