My client is a global leader in consumer healthcare products and together with its customers is driven to make healthcare better. The company offers globally recognized innovative health products and brands that help improve both daily life and long-term health.

As the Head of Integrated Business Planning, reporting to the SC Excellence Lead, you will own the implementation and change process to enhance the organisation's global/regional planning systems and overall business strategy.

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland.

The role:

As the Head of Integrated Business Planning, you will spearhead the implementation and the rollout of the IBP strategy.

By integrating business intelligence from various departments, you'll guarantee the organisational objectives are met, achieved and exceeded. 


Your responsibilities as the Head of IBP:
  • Accountable for strategic leadership, responsible for overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Business Planning process across the organisation
  • Proficiency in advanced planning tools and systems, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms
  • Align stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to develop and execute the Integrated Business Planning process, act as a liaison between different functional areas to drive consensus on key assumptions, risks, and training opportunities impacting the business
  • Ensure overall Integrated Business Planning visibility through meetings and forums to review performance, resolve issues, and make decisions that support business objectives
  • Establish key performance indicators, benchmarks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the Integrated Business Planning process
  • Manage inventory levels throughout the supply chain, ensuring product availability in the market and overall change process management
  • Identify and address risks and opportunities to the plan, driving optimized responses

Personal Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previously led a transformation/change process in Integrated Business Planning
  • Strategic management skills, presentation skills and an analytically focused mindset with an ability to implement process change and present projects to senior stakeholders
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes within a complex, global organization
  • Proven track record of providing business change support and driving business results
