Business Controller

Job Description

Our client, an international services company, is currently looking to appoint a Business Controller to join its Swiss office conveniently located in central Zurich.

The Business Controller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyse performance and support the business leaders in decision-making.

The Business Controller will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and controlling expenses related to sales and marketing activities
• Balance sheet analysis
• Evaluating the effectiveness of commercial campaigns and initiatives
• Control and accounting of internal costs
• Assisting in the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Bonus calculations
• Providing insights into performance against targets and goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance, Controlling, or similar discipline
• Previous experience in Business Controlling
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP and Salesforce an advantage)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of German will be advantageous
