A true Operational HR Manager is the ‘glue’ to any organisation, and the EMEA HR team are lucky enough to partner with a global Consultancy based in Zurich who are looking for just that!
Good news story! This exciting position has arisen following an internal promotion, showing their growing internal culture and role progression.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will partner closely with other business HRBP’s and key stakeholders. You will support the business unit from a HR perspective and ensure the function is fit for purpose.
To be successful in this position, you will speak fluent German, be comfortable with the HR support to c250 employees, and have experience or knowledge of the following:
Management of complex employee relations cases
Experience with succession planning and workforce development
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Employee engagement – focussing on improving culture,
HR process and policy improvements, including knowledge of Swiss labour law
Successful candidate profile:
You will be required to be onsite 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder
3-5 years of stable HR experience at a Manager/BP level
Ability to commute to Zurich day-to-day
Fluent German language skills
Knowledge of Swiss Labour Laws
