Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for an Investment Manager to develop and oversee the investment strategy for our client's new family office in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The role involves creating a diversified portfolio and reviewing options across equities, fixed income, real estate, digital assets and alternatives while working closely with the family’s principals.

The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in investment management, and capable of providing strategic financial insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute investment strategies aligned with the family’s financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and manage the family’s portfolio
  • Monitor market trends, economic data, and industry developments to guide investment decisions
  • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and strategies to the family
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with external partners such as banks, asset managers, and advisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the portfolio as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA is preferred
  • Proven experience in investment management, ideally within a family office or similar environment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous
