Based from their center of excellence, you\'ll create a strategic plan across utilities sustainability, contributing to rapid development in their Sustainability journey.

As Senior Sustainability Manager - Utilities, you\'ll focus on the Utilities within the Group projects for optimization, reduction of consumption, performance improvement, new technologies, environmental safety, and best practices.

The Utility processes should be developed and implemented so that the workflow happens in an efficient and lean way. These initiatives have to be interlinked with the sustainability road map development (TTZAB) and CAPEX/technology phasing/selection and prioritization within our breweries and beverage plants.

This role offers hybrid work based in Zug, Switzerland.

Responsibilities of the Senior Sustainability Manager:

  • Drive utility efficiency projects - optimization, consumption reduction, performance improvements, and pollution control
  • Act as subject-matter expert to develop and coordinate global utilities/technology standards (COM), driving continuous improvement and best-practice sharing
  • Create and manage implementation guides, tools, audits, and benchmarking to support plant compliance and performance uplift
  • Own data tracking and reporting on carbon and water usage, using tools like Enablon
  • Shape regional carbon/water roadmaps and targets, including CAPEX prioritization for maximum environmental impact

Candidate Requirements: 
  •  A degree in Engineering (Energy, Utilities, Chemical, Mechanical, or Food) would be ideal
  • Practical experience in brewery utilities or energy systems; expertise in modern utility/energy standards
  • Familiarity with process automation, project management, aseptic processes, and CIP (beneficial)
