You will assist in managing the strategic procurement of all IT hardware and software globally and support other indirect categories when required.


As Category Manager IT, you will assist senior internal stakeholders at a country, regional and global level to ensure all user needs are met and the business can benefit from efficient and advanced software and hardware solutions to give a competitive edge.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Buyer or Category Manager to expand their horizons in a truly global role (with a significant operating presence across all continents) and strategically manage a variety of key indirect service categories.

Therefore, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and able to positively engage multi-national teams, internal stakeholders and suppliers.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate with the following skillset and experience:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level

My client is an exciting global leading FMCG organisation seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager - Rapid Response.

The company is implementing a new platform/technology system to enhance its planning abilities across the entire Supply Chain function.  

As the Senior Supply Planning Manager - Rapid Response, you will be accountable for developing, implementing, and enforcing global supply planning processes and tools to support in fulfilling all inventory, cost and service KPIs.

My client is transforming its planning capabilities across all our markets with the OnePlan program (utilising the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform).

The position will be based in Zug, Switzerland.

The required skills & competencies to succeed in this role include:

  • Design, develop and deploy Supply Planning standards, processes, policies, and tools in line with industry best practices
  • Implement Kinaxis Rapid Response across the Group in line with the OnePlan programme implementation timeline
  • Lead the functional selection process and later implement the future chosen Detailed Scheduling tool
  • Develop and deploy sustainable supply planning capability and training programs to ensure consistency of knowledge, practices, and level of understanding across the whole planning community

Experience & Skills Sought:
  • Proven Advanced Planning System (APS) implementation or usage experience for supply planning
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time while managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of Operational Planning in SAP APO, Kinaxis Rapid Response or other APS tools, ideally within a FMCG company

The Sustainability Data Analyst will report into the VP of Sustainability. You will acquire data from some of their largest suppliers to ensure compliance and ESG standards throughout.

The role:

As the Sustainability Data Analyst, you will be the go-to contact for any queries regarding Sustainability & Regulatory data from the portfolio of suppliers.

By analysing the data you will identify trends, errors and gaps within the supplier\'s reports/templates to establish key areas of improvement for the sustainability team.


Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the organisation\'s overall ESG & Sustainability strategy by gaining valuable data insights throughout the organisation’s portfolio
  • The main point of contact for any queries or questions about the suppliers\' ESG & Sustainability reporting templates as they are being introduced.  
  • Accountable for monitoring Sustainability data through the organisation’s ingredients and packaging suppliers
  • Manage the Sustainability reports for approximately 40 accounts to have full visibility of the organisation’s portfolio ESG & Sustainability status
  • Communicate with suppliers on how to correctly input data for the Sustainability reports
  • Present recommended data to the Sustainability team through Excel identifying key trends
